Shipping Policy – HitNRuncards
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Processing times may be extended during product releases, holidays, trade shows, or periods of unusually high order volume.
- Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Risk of Loss
- Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon acceptance by the carrier.
- Once a package has been marked as accepted, scanned, or delivered by the carrier, HitNRuncards is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, weather-related issues, misdeliveries, or other events outside our control.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- If a package is lost in transit, HitNRuncards will assist the customer in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding missing delivered packages.
- HitNRuncards does not guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Insurance
- Insurance may be included or offered on qualifying orders.
- Any insurance claims are subject to the carrier’s terms, conditions, and investigation process.
Damaged Packages
- Customers must notify HitNRuncards within 48 hours of delivery if a package arrives visibly damaged.
- Customers may be required to provide photographs of the package, shipping label, and contents.
- Damage claims are subject to carrier investigation and approval.
Sealed Products
- HitNRuncards is not responsible for manufacturer defects, collation issues, missing hits, damaged cards inside factory-sealed products, redemption expiration issues, or quality control issues.
- Any such issues must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
Returns and Refunds
- All sales are final.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds on sports cards, trading card products, sealed products, supplies, consignment items, or collectible merchandise.
- Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of HitNRuncards.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may not be canceled after payment has been processed.
- HitNRuncards reserves the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, or other circumstances deemed necessary.
Fraud Prevention
- Orders flagged for fraud review may be delayed, canceled, or require additional verification.
- HitNRuncards reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
- HitNRuncards’ maximum liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) purchased.
